Rubber process oil

Rubber process oil is a by-product of the natural rubber industry. It can be used as a source of rubber, fuel oil and as a raw material for other industries. Malaysia is one of the largest producers of rubber process oil. Malaysia has become a global supplier of rubber process oil, which is used in a wide variety of applications including: Rubber process oil is a type of oil produced by the process of hydrogenation of petroleum. It is used as softening and thickening agent in the manufacture of various rubber compounds. It is also used as a carrier oil in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Rubber process oil (RPO) comes in the form of synthetic and non-synthetic (also known as natural rubber process oil). They are commercially used as a component in a mixture of rubber compounds to produce rubber products such as tires, rubber bands, hoses, toys or any other rubber product. Rubber process oil (RPO) is an oil composition with a kinematic viscosity from 20 to 50 centistokes at a temperature of 100 degC. This value depends on the type of RPO where heavier rubber process oil (RPO) will have higher kinematic viscosity compared to lighter ones. Their flashpoint is around 215 degC and have a density somewhat similar to that of water, which is around 1.01 SG at 15 degC. Typically, polynuclear aromatic compounds is used as a process oil for rubber compounds, especially for aromatic rubbers. Our Rubber process oil (RPO) are compatible with aromatic rubbers as well but contains less polynuclear aromatic compounds than conventional aromatic RPO, which is less toxic. Most high quality rubber products are produced using rubber process oil (RPO) that contains less polynuclear aromatic compounds. Panorama Global Trade Sdn Bhd,  manufactures Rubber Process Oils (RPO) which are widely used across various industries and are popular as safe and environment friendly products. Different grades of superior quality Rubber Process Oils are offered which are used for the manufacturing of various rubber produces, from both natural as well as synthetic rubber.

Under the brand name Panol, 3 Grades are offered namely,

PANOL C 160-A – (Aromatic Base)

PANOL C 160-P – (Paraffinic Base)

PANOL C 160-N – (Naphthenic Base)

Also, Specialty Rubber Process Oils meeting European Regulation for non-carcinogenic oils, Mild Extracted Solvent (MES), Residual Aromatic Extracted Solvent (RAE) and Treated Distillate Aromatic Extracted Solvent (TDAE), are offered on request.

Rubber process oil as lubricant

Rubber process oil is generally a lubricant-related product known for its 100 ° kinematic viscosity of 32 to 50 ° C. These types of lubricants contain less than 3% of polycyclic aromatic compounds. Rubber process oil is useful for the production of rubber compounds, especially aromatic rubbers. Aromatic rubbers have a good relationship and compatibility with these oils. This oil, abbreviated to RPO, has fewer polycyclic materials than what we know as conventional aromatic process oils, although quality rubber products are composed of the aforementioned compounds Aromatic rubbers have a good relationship and compatibility with these oils. This oil, abbreviated RPO, has fewer polycyclic materials than what we know as conventional aromatic process oils, although quality rubber products are composed of the aforementioned compounds.

Rubber process oil and categories

Rubber process oil is used for commercial production purposes and is useful for the production of many rubber-related materials. These materials range from rubber bands to very large tires for road construction machinery and are made by these process oils. Rubber process oil with the role of filler as well as enhancing the elastic properties desired in the rubber is used and will reduce costs and mechanical properties of rubber parts. It is usually grouped into 3 categories, meanwhile Panorama Global Trade Bhd Sdn for many years have been distributed and exported  rubber process oil (RPO) to the rubber industry throughout the country, as well as to global markets. Aromatic rubber process oil  is compatible with ASTM D-445 and the viscosity of clear liquids at this level, and are available in light, medium and heavy types as well as TDAE, MES, DAE. A common feature of aromatic hydrocarbons is the presence of a dual carbon mixture ring structure. Aromatic rubber process oil Panorama Global Trade Sdn Bhd company is prepared from furfural extract produced by the best refineries and is formulated and combined in the best way to pass the highest levels of the desired standards and to produce car tires and rubber parts, hoses, belts and so many other products that require process oil .

Paraffin rubber process oil

These oils are compatible with ASTM D-445 standard in terms of viscosity. These hydrocarbons include multi-branched chains or a combination of molecules with direct binding to different viscosities. As the length of the chain increases, the rubber oil in question will become more viscous and concentrated. In other words, it becomes more honey in terms of viscosity. They are also compatible with butyl rubbers. Paraffin rubber oils with high flash point and high viscosity have a longer life cycle. Because furfural extract has a higher viscosity, paraffin compounds are useful for maintaining post-aging characteristics. These materials are also highly recommended for higher pressure on the oil, in conditions such as heat-resistant hoses and conveyors

AROMATIC RUBBER PROCESS OILS
Naphthhnic rubber oil

Naphthenics are a group of hydrocarbons called cycloparaffins. Although their structure is similar to aromatic rings, they have a unique structure. Therefore, they will also have a stable structure. Many of these types of hydrocarbons may be bonded and offer varying degrees of quality. Naphthenic rubber oil has excellent color fastness as well as excellent thermal stability, which makes them a good choice for LPG tubes, floors and..
