Materials and methods: This research is through study, observation, interview and use of A questionnaire has been conducted in American  Gas Company to identify and examine rubber waste and in  Rubber Processing Company to know how to recover rubber waste and it is necessary to explain that the specific codes of rubber waste are based on the Basel Convention, the instructions of the Environmental Protection Organization and the instructions assigned to the Ministry of Petroleuma Findings, Discussion and Conclusion: The total amount of rubber waste in American Gas Company is equal to 7 tons per year, which is non-special type according to the guidelines of the Environmental Protection Organization for the reclamation of Kayucho for recycling through nano technology in order to preserve the resources, beauty Environment, reduction of energy waste, reduction of diseases transmitted from wastes, economic savings, etc. are transferred to Rubber Processing Company to pass through the stages of pulverization and purification, polymerization, refining and filtration; (Nano Technology) To realize the recovery of cayucho, the revival of cayucho from rubber waste is due to the realization of the above goals.
